Public Agreement on Custom Tailoring Services

• Alesya Vladimirovna Khamitsevich, an individual entrepreneur (UNP: CE5588795), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", acting under a state registration certificate;
• The "Client", an individual who accepts (accepts) this public offer to conclude the Agreement.

• Agreement – The contract between the Client and the Contractor for the provision of custom tailoring services, concluded upon payment of the offer.
• Offer – This document, a public agreement.
• Publication of this Agreement on https://alissum.com constitutes a public offer under Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus.
• Acceptance of the Offer – Full and unconditional agreement to the terms by performing the actions specified in Clause 5.3 of this Agreement.
• Payment by the Client confirms acceptance and constitutes the Agreement’s conclusion under Articles 404 and 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus.

1. The Contractor undertakes to provide custom tailoring services, and the Client agrees to pay for and accept these services under the terms herein.
2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The Client must review the current version before receiving services.

1. This is a public contract under Article 396 of the Civil Code of Belarus.
2. The Agreement is posted on https://alissum.com as an offer under Article 407(2).
3. The Client accepts the Agreement in full without exceptions (Article 398).
4. Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms.
5. The Agreement is considered concluded in simple written form (Articles 404, 408).
6. The Offer is valid as of the payment date.

1. Provide services within agreed timelines.
2. Supply accurate service details via electronic correspondence.

1. Withhold services if the Client breaches the Agreement.

1. Provide all necessary information for service fulfillment.
2. Comply with the Agreement terms.

1. Demand proper service provision per the Agreement.

1. Fees are based on the selected service (model) and its cost.
2. Payment is made via bank card in real-time via a provided link.
3. Delivery costs are not included and calculated separately.
4. Refunds for unrendered services are issued to the original payment card within 30 days (bank-dependent).
5. Refund requests may be denied if:

• Services were customized (e.g., personalized measurements, fabric selection).

1. The Contractor reserves the right to modify refund terms unilaterally.

1. No service act is required.
2. Service completion is confirmed by the Client’s use of the services.

1. Parties are liable for breaches under Belarusian law.
2. The Contractor is not liable for delivery delays.

1. The Agreement is effective upon payment receipt.

• The Parties recognize the legal force of this Agreement.
